About the Product
The Blumat Tropf 9″ Maxi Sensor brings automatic, moisture-responsive irrigation deeper into the root zone. Its extended ceramic cone makes it especially useful for larger containers, raised beds, and growing areas where moisture conditions below the surface are important.
Rather than watering on a preset timer, the Maxi Sensor responds to moisture in the growing medium. As the soil dries, the sensor allows watering to begin. As moisture is restored, it regulates and stops the flow automatically.
The longer design allows the sensor to measure moisture deeper than a standard Tropf-Blumat sensor, helping maintain more consistent conditions around established root systems. No electricity or electronic moisture controller is required.
